'4 chaps'
this painting had a weird process! to raise awareness of the new pinner rfc website, which, along with many other roles at the club, i was the person who developed and maintained the website. i spent an inordinate number of hours generating match reports, photos of games and player profiles to name just a few of the areas i made content for.
to drive new traffic to the site, i offered a competition - find tommmy cooper wearing a pelican fez, the first to find it would have an a4 graphite portrait done of themselves. this was really directed at the kids in the mini section. however, within 3 minutes of it being on the website bullet (senior first team prop forward) found it. what transpired from there was based on him seeing my work on my website and requesting could he have a painting, then, to add more.... could he have it with fellow team mates - woady, reza and gravedigger!
well, as you can see, i obliged.
