'jo plus two'
another commissioned piece that went from a simple portrait of jo to a tryptic! it all started after jo saw my work at a solo show in london and enquired if i could paint her pertrait, yes of course i could. as i was about to strat she contacted me and said would it be possible to include her partner and son, yes of course - however it was to be a suprise and her partner was unfortunately not available for a sitting, nor was the son! i was sent a number of 'fuzzy' photographs to work from. the big difficulty was, however, the partner was a huge chelshit supporter and could i incorporate into the artwork. course i did, i was getting a handsome sum!!
