'might do'
being in education for over 30 years, there were many times when i wanted to swear, but alas, you can't in front of the precious darlings. there were times when working with colleagues, this was my response, and i find it does, in fact more and more.... is that because i've become old and grumpy or the 'shackles' have been removed, nah, i would agree with emma byrne - swearing is good for you.
mad as a box of frogs is an eclectic series of original works intricately contained within a defined box frame size. the words and phrases used may resonate with people, situations, or even abstract concepts. the content often weaves together elements of humour and confrontational themes. many pieces creatively manipulate the shape and form of the text itself, drawing the viewer's attention. the artwork explores various themes through a mixed media approach. while the phrase evokes a visual image, it is not meant to be taken literally.
it serves as a figure of speech that reflects the work that excites me and ideally captivates the viewer as well.
