'pure gold - a big fuck'
working with gold leaf was a new experience for me, it doesn't always go where you want it go, and to get that totally professional experience takes time and a lot of practice, and to be honest, i didn't particularly want the clean effect - it doesn't suit the fuck word.
pure gold as fuck' is an emphatic and vulgar expression meaning that something is of the highest quality or value. it combines two slang elements:
pure gold' this means something is excellent, of the highest quality, or has immense value.
mad as a box of frogs is an eclectic series of original works intricately contained within a defined box frame size. the words and phrases used may resonate with people, situations, or even abstract concepts. the content often weaves together elements of humour and confrontational themes. many pieces creatively manipulate the shape and form of the text itself, drawing the viewer's attention. the artwork explores various themes through a mixed media approach. while the phrase evokes a visual image, it is not meant to be taken literally.
it serves as a figure of speech that reflects the work that excites me and ideally captivates the viewer as well.
